How do you ensure the freshness of the produce during delivery?
We harvest our produce at peak ripeness and use temperature-controlled packaging and insulated vehicles to ensure everything arrives at your doorstep as fresh as if you picked it yourself.
Where is your produce sourced from?
We prioritize local farmers and artisans within the Southwest Ranches community and surrounding Florida regions to support our local economy and provide the shortest farm-to-table distance possible.
What is your delivery area and schedule?
We currently deliver to Southwest Ranches and surrounding neighborhoods. Orders placed by Tuesday at 5:00 PM are delivered on Thursday and Friday to ensure your kitchen is stocked for the weekend.
Do you offer organic or non-GMO products?
Yes, a significant portion of our inventory is certified organic or grown using sustainable, pesticide-free methods. Please check the individual product descriptions for specific labels and certifications.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Due to the nature of fresh food, we cannot accept returns. However, if any item arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our delivery team will leave your order in a shaded area or a designated spot. Our insulated packaging is designed to keep items cool for up to 4 hours.
